On the sunny plateau between the lavender and vineyards of St-Remèze, less than 10 minutes from the "Gorges de l'Ardeche" and the reconstruction site "Caverne Du Pont d'Arc", pleasant detached house with all comforts, capacity 6 people, within walking distance of the village, large enclosed garden. Secured heated private swimming pool. Ground floor, fully equipped kitchen, sitting and dining area, tv, internet, bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with bunk bed for 2 and baby cot), beds ready to sleep in and towels, electric heating, air conditioning, carport.
