You link Mollie and turn on direct booking. The guest sees the exact price, pays the deposit straight away and the booking is confirmed in your calendar.

You show no prices and the guest asks for a quote. Guests do click through faster when they see a price.
Your home, your house rules
You may have seen the news: from 20 November, Airbnb will restrict what hosts may ask of their guests. With us that simply remains your choice. You know your home best, so you decide what you expect from your guests, whether that is stripping the beds or putting out the rubbish.
What we do find important is that every guest feels welcome. That is why we always show your house rules clearly before the booking. That way the guest knows exactly what is expected, and nobody feels caught off guard when leaving.

May I set house rules myself, such as stripping the beds?
Yes. With us that remains your choice: you know your home best and decide what you expect from your guests, whether that is stripping the beds or putting out the rubbish. We always show your house rules clearly before the booking, so the guest knows exactly what is expected. You fill them in for your property in the portal.
What does it cost to rent out my property?
Basic costs €69 per year per property, excluding VAT. On bookings that come in through Somebay’s booking engine you pay 2 percent commission. All prices are on the Prices page.
Can I try it first?
Yes, new owners get a free trial month.
