Villa Vallon Pont d'Arc I, II and III are located in Vallon Pont d'Arc, on a quiet, green edge of the village, just outside the center, yet within walking distance of the cozy restaurants and shopping streets. Villa Vallon Pont d'Arc I consists of 3 gîtes, 2 for max. 6 persons (8 pers. on request) and 1 for max. 6 persons. In the garden you will find the swimming pool and the playground. The house is set on grounds of 2000m² and has a heated private swimming pool (12x6m). The house is divided into 3 gîtes of 80 m² each. Gîte 1 and 3, on the outside of the house each accommodate max. 8 pers. and have 3 bedrooms. Gîte 2 in the middle accommodates max. 6 pers. and has 2 bedrooms. The gîtes can be rented separately, in pairs or all together (for max. 22 pers.). Each gîte has a TV with satellite connection (TV-Flanders) and WIFI! Each gîte is completely separated from the others and features a covered terrace. Villa Vallon Pont d'Arc II consists of 2 gîtes, each for max. 6 persons and with 3 bedrooms. Layout of a gîte: Ground floor: kitchen: induction hob, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, living room bathroom: shower, toilet, sink bedroom 1: double bed (in Vallon II all bedrooms are on the upper floor, in Vallon III there is 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed in the bedroom downstairs) 1st floor: bedroom 2: 1 x double bed in Vallon I (not present in gîte 2) and Vallon III and 1 x bunk bed in Vallon II bedroom 3: 4x single bed in Vallon I and 2x single bed in Vallon II WC, sink (not present in gîte 2 in Vallon I and in Vallon III) There is a shared playground with maxi-trampoline, swings and slide. Vallon I has a heated swimming pool of 12x6m and Vallon II and III each have a heated swimming pool of 8x4m. All houses have a covered terrace by the swimming pool.
