There is abundant cupboard and storage space throughout and the bedrooms are fitted with shutters to ensure sufficient darkness for sleeping. Air conditioning (hot and cold) is available throughout. Outside there is a spacious terrace with gas barbecue, heated swimming pool, pétanque court, ping pong table and olive trees with the garden opening onto endless forest. 2.5 hectares of private woodland belonging to the villa. The swimming pool is heated from April through to the end of June and from September through to mid-November. Everything is generously equipped for 10 people. There is wifi and a smart TV with Google Chromecast and ample parking space at the villa. The villa is located in a very quiet area with views over the wooded valley. Between sea and mountains it is wonderful to stay for young and old, families and friends. The most beautiful beaches of the Côte d'Azur are less than 30 minutes away: Cannes, St Raphael, Ramatuelle and St Tropez with their lovely atmosphere and the charm of the vineyards of the Côte de Provence. We are situated in the middle of typical small villages and Lake St Cassien is 10 minutes' drive away. You can enjoy lovely horse riding and walking between the vineyards and in the mountains.
