The spacious villa is equipped with all necessary modern appliances, complemented by an exceptionally beautiful outdoor terrace with all amenities and necessities. A lovely large swimming pool with heated outdoor shower, covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ, lounge seating area, WIFI and sun loungers. Prominently positioned as the last villa of the mountain range with no overlooking from above, bordering a green belt and with a magnificent view over the valley, from the picturesque village of Benitachell to the Benidorm rock and the endless mountain range in the south to the Montgo of Jávea in the north-west. El Remanso literally means "the haven" and should be regarded as such, as the intention is to immediately upon your arrival experience a certain holiday feeling supplemented by the ever-present sun, the tranquillity present and the necessary luxury. Away from all hustle and bustle, traffic and mass tourism but enjoying a fabulous view surrounding the pool and the peace and quiet in the surroundings.

About this room

The villa is located in Moraira-Benitachell (Costa Blanca). Moraira has grown from an authentic fishing village into a beautiful, attractive and especially peaceful holiday destination with a magnificent marina, lovely promenade and many restaurants, shops and an authentic Spanish market every Friday. Right behind the marina lies the beautiful El Portet. Benitachell is a neighboring municipality of Moraira and the villa is approximately 10 minutes' drive from Moraira beach or 15 minutes from El Portet or 15 minutes to the larger beach in Javia (Xabia) with also plenty of restaurants and shops here. It is a quiet region with certainly NO mass tourism and few hotels and dining out is significantly cheaper than in Belgium J From the villa you are a 20-minute drive away from Calpe by car and 40 minutes from Benidorm. Within about an hour you can reach the beautiful city of Valencia or Alicante, definitely worth the trip!     Zeer leuke vakantie gehad eind augustus 2020. Mooi gelegen villa in een rustige omgeving, met prachtig uitzicht en zelf zonder inzage van bovenaf. Zwembad was lekker warm 28-29 graden. Handig waren ook de 3 frigo's (1 boven, 1 beneden en 1 in de buitenkeuken) waardoor je overal vlot aan drinken kon geraken. De buitenkeuken met BBQ was top, mooie plaats om te eten net als het terras aan de living voor het ontbijt. Zoals op voorhand aangegeven door de eigenaar was in deze periode van het jaar de 4de kamer zonder airco wel vrij warm om te slapen, maar dat risico wilden we wel nemen. Door de corona wel vele prachtige plaatsen in de buurt niet kunnen bezoeken. Voor de rest alles prima in orde!

    Het einde van de zomervakantie doet ons even terug denken aan ons beste verlof ooit! Op verlof gaan met een nieuw samengesteld gezin is geen evidentie als je zoals wij met zowel kleine kinderen, pubers, als jong volwassenen aan een leuke vakantie wil beginnen... Wij waren compleet overdonderd bij onze aankomst. Een compleet uitgeruste villa, voorzien van alles wat nodig is om de perfecte vakantie te beleven. Ook over de hygiëne zijn we vol lof, ONGEZIEN! De splinternieuwe buitenkeuken en het grote zwembad hebben elke dag voor onvergetelijke gezinsmomenten gezorgd. Een betere locatie was onmogelijk. We hebben er de mooiste en meest pure plekken van de Costa Blanca gezien. We zijn met spijt in ons hart vertrokken in villa El Remanso, wij keren zeker terug!!
