A spacious 2-bedroom apartment facing southwest with a large private terrace and stunning sea views. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet, well-maintained gated community in Calahonda, just a few minutes' drive from the beach and 12 km from Marbella. The large and bright living room opens directly onto the southwest-facing balcony, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your breakfast! The balcony is equipped with an electric awning, making it the perfect place to unwind with a refreshing drink when the afternoon sun gets a bit warm. The living room also offers two comfortable sofas, television with numerous channels and TV Vlaanderen. The entire apartment has air conditioning or heating as needed. Not many people can get by without the internet these days, so we're happy to offer free wireless internet. You can expect a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and a coffee maker to start your day! There are two double bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes. The main bedroom opens directly onto the balcony and also has its own bathroom. The second bedroom has access to a separate bathroom. One bathroom is equipped with a bath and the other with a shower. We provide bedding and towels (for a fee) if needed. Enjoy the sunshine on your own private terrace with tables and chairs for your use to relax and enjoy the sunset as the sun sets over Gibraltar and the North African coast. There are 2 beautiful swimming pools in this quiet gated complex. These are accessed via two staircases. The landscaped gardens offer beautiful views of the surrounding valley and the ocean. This quiet urbanization is located on a hillside just 3 km from the beach. The area is maintained to a very high standard and offers beautiful sea views. There is a bar and various restaurants just 600 meters away from the street. Closer to the beach there are numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets and much more. The Costa del Sol area is famous for its golf courses and is also known as the Costa del Golf! There are more than 70 golf courses in the region, 15 of which are within 10 km of our apartment. The climate makes this area a year-round golf destination. Our apartment is a pleasant 30 minutes' drive from Malaga airport and 15 minutes from vibrant Marbella. Our favorite spot is the old town of Marbella, wandering through the narrow streets and often stopping at restaurants for some tapas and drinks! Getting around is easy. A reliable taxi service operates from Calahonda and is easily available. From our apartment, a taxi costs approximately €6 to Calahonda. In summer, a local bus service runs several times a day (less frequently in winter) between upper and lower Calahonda. Frequent bus services also run from lower Calahonda to nearby Marbella and Fuengirola. While not essential, a car is recommended as our apartment is located on a hillside, with several steep sections.
