The large swimming pool, the one-hectare garden with fruit trees, direct access to the village to fetch your baguette on foot in the morning, and the many activities in the surrounding area make this spot a little slice of paradise. The house: - with an area of 200m² the house has a capacity of 10 people with 2 extra mattresses and 2 baby beds available. - a spacious kitchen with modern equipment (dishwasher, oven/steam oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, hob and all the necessary small appliances such as nespresso, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer) - 4 bedrooms each with a large double bed 2m long and 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower - cosy lounge with fireplace, TV (Chromecast), board games,... - dining area with play corner for the youngest children and lounge seating - large recreation room with play area The estate: - sunny swimming pool (15x5) with sunbeds, lounge area and parasols - around the house you can enjoy a meal at a long table or an aperitif in comfortable lounge chairs on the various terraces, partially covered and with different views. - the enclosed private grounds have plenty to offer, so you can play basketball at the basketball hoop, play football among the trees, badminton, pétanque,... - in the hammock you can enjoy the peace and a good book The surrounding area: - In the area you will discover typical French life: castles of the Dordogne, the beautiful bastide villages, local markets, gourmet markets with live music, fine wines from local winemakers... This region is known for its gastronomy and tranquility. - The estate is secluded but close to everything: within walking distance via our private staircase to the village you'll find a baker, a grocery shop with fresh local products, and a restaurant/bar, a post office, hairdresser and pharmacy. On the village square there's even an electric charging point. - The first village with supermarket, petrol station, shops, doctor, market, restaurants is 10 minutes away.
