Luxury holiday villa for 10 to 12 people, set in a secluded garden of 4100 m². Located in a beautiful, typical Provençal village. The villa is completely modern and newly furnished. Air conditioning, TV-Flanders, WIFI throughout. It's wonderful to enjoy by the swimming pool, with a shallow beach area where children can stand, a hot tub under the palm trees and 10 sun loungers. Of course there is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. On the terraces next to the pool there is a cosy outdoor lounge with various small tables and chairs. Adjacent to the pool is a super cosy outdoor kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, teppanyaki plate and especially a large gas BBQ (with BBQ grill and griddle for 12 people). Easy to light. In the garden you can enjoy petanque and table tennis. Parking space for several cars.

About this room

The villa has 5 bedrooms, for 10 to 12 people. These are located in 3 separate parts of the house, so they offer perfect privacy! Ground floor: via a door you enter a small hallway with 1 master bedroom with 1 bed, 180 cm and 1 bed, 90 cm, bathroom with double sink, bath-shower, separate toilet, and dressing room. 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms, each with a 160 cm bed, with 1 bathroom with double sink, shower, and separate toilet. Separate studio, via external door with 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm) and single bed (90 cm) and 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm) and 1 bathroom with double sink and shower and separate toilet. All new beds are invitingly made with beautiful, new bedding, and in the bathrooms there are also beautiful new towels as well as plenty of XXL bath towels by the swimming pool. Rooms can be darkened, you won't hear a thing, or rather... just the little stream that babbles down by the road...
