The nature cottage is located in the small, picturesque village of Fraiture, in the beautiful natural area of the Baraque de Fraiture ski slope, on the second highest point of the Ardennes. And is ideal for a short or longer holiday, together with your family – friends and children. Behind the holiday home is a large, completely fenced garden of no less than 1250m2 with terrace and a practical covered BBQ area. Open kitchen, equipped with all amenities and with catering equipment including dishwasher, gas stove+gas oven, 2 large refrigerators+freezer. That's where you'll cook together at and behind the cosy bar. Furthermore the dining room, living room is equipped with a cosy wood stove. Separately a play-reading room for the children. On the 1st floor are the 6 family bedrooms, all equipped with their own private bathroom, with renovated sanitaryware, rain/hand showers. The surroundings are ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers, sporty mountain bikers, cyclists and hikers. Beautiful tours depart directly from the nature house. There are also various excursions in the area, such as the amusement park Plopsa Coo (ideal for the little ones) or Park Chlorophyll. Or look in the summer months, in warm weather for cooling off on or by the water. Day canoeing on the Ourthe or Nisramont reservoir, outdoor swimming at Maboge or indoors in the tropical swimming pool of Vielsalm or Houffalize. And for the winter months, when there is snow, the ski slope of Baraque de Fraiture is located 200 meters walk from the holiday home. Also a starting point for a day of cross-country skiing.
