Our typical French house is located in the small village of Préveranges, situated in the heart of France. The house, 486 m above sea level, offers beautiful views.
The house itself has a living area with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. In the kitchen there is a second fireplace.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, one three-person bedroom and a single bed in the intermediate space, which can serve as a child's bed.
There are two bathrooms with toilet, shower and sink. The bathroom on the ground floor also has a bathtub. There is also a cloakroom where you can store coats and shoes.
Around the house there is a spacious garden with a pétanque field, 2 terraces and an ornamental pond.
On one terrace you have a beautiful sunrise view over the entire region.
The other terrace serves as a dining area. On this terrace you can enjoy the sunset.
