Come and relax in this unique, peaceful accommodation on a hill around Cortemilia where the seas are hills and the landscapes are breathtaking, surrounded by forests, hazelnut groves and a vineyard 2 km from the centre of the village. The buildings were purchased in 2022. The rooms were refreshed in Piedmontese style. Original Piedmontese furniture and accessories (some requiring restoration or not) were purchased and placed. The swimming pool is naturally available daily. There is natural air conditioning present because the walls are 80 cm thick and we are at 500m altitude. The summer evenings are delightful but at night everything cools down naturally.

Charming and spacious holiday cottage with private terrace and stunning views over the valley. Bellavista is part of Bellavista XXL, but can also be rented separately and is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. The house has two comfortable bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen and an extra sofa bed. The large kitchen with spacious dining table and wood stove creates warm and cozy moments, in every season. The spacious private terrace of approximately 30 m² offers beautiful panoramic views over the hills and surrounding nature.

Wij logeerden in La cuccia del sole in Augustus 2022 toen de eigenaar dit nog maar net aangekocht had. Desondanks kon deze ons verrassen met de super ligging en het magische uitzicht. Ook werden we uitermate verwend door de eigenaar en konden we er ‘s avonds telkens genieten van een lekker glas wijn en aangenaam gezelschap. In de buurt zijn er diverse gezellige restaurants waar u op aanraden van de eigenaar aan zeer democratische prijzen heel lekker kunt gaan eten! Eén super verblijf voor wie op zoek is naar de gezellige authentieke italiaanse sfeer!
