Our holiday home dates from 1813, but was thoroughly renovated in 2014, giving the house all modern comforts. Yet many authentic elements have been preserved throughout the property (old tiles, cornicing, ...) so that the home has plenty of charm. There are 3 large bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 rooms with a 1m60 bed and 1 room with a 1m80 boxspring) and 1 small room with a sofa bed (1 metre wide by 1m80 long), ideal for putting a small child to sleep. The bathroom has 2 sinks and a very large walk-in shower. The house is surrounded by vineyards and located in a tiny hamlet with just 11 homes, ensuring peace and quiet. However, there is a supermarket, several bakeries and a pharmacy just 5 minutes' drive away, so you are not too isolated. There is a large private garden (1300 m2) with beautiful old trees and the garden has a typical old stone wall, making it safe for children to play in. For those seeking cooling off, there is a swimming pool measuring 9 by 4 metres and the various terraces offer something for everyone (sun or shade). The thick walls of the property keep the house cool even in the summer. In short, a real gem for a family getaway!

Wat een prachtige locatie was dit, we hebben heerlijk genoten van de vakantie, woning, zwembad en omgeving. Zeker een aanrader.

Bedankt voor het zeer knappe/gezellige huis, wij hebben er zéér hard van genoten! Supermarkt vlakbij en toch midden in de wijnvelden. Wij komen zeker nog een keertje terug!
