VACATION RENTAL Haus Jolien is a ground-floor apartment located at the end of a quiet street, yet in the center of the village of SCHEFFAU AM WILDEN KAISER. The vacation home features a cozy dining area and a seating area with satellite TV and internet (wifi). The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combination oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 separate single beds. In the living room there is also a sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A hair dryer is available. In the apartment there is an additional separate toilet. A high chair and cot are available upon request. The home features its own terrace (south-facing) with a view of the Wilder Kaiser. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture. The apartment has 2 private covered parking spaces (under the carport). On the lower level, at the parking area level, there is a separate storage room available for drying your ski equipment in winter, and in summer you can charge your electric bike there. For example, in the middle of the Wilder Kaiser nature reserve, approximately four kilometers above the municipality of Scheffau at an elevation of 883 meters above sea level, lies the most beautiful and purest mountain lake in Tirol – the Hintersteinermeer – hidden away. With its turquoise-blue waters in which the rocky peaks of the Kaiser mountains are reflected, this lake exerts a continuous, silent fascination.
