We rent two apartments in a prime location in southern Spain. Almunecar is located between Malaga and Motril/Almeria right on the coast and enjoys a lovely climate throughout the year. The apartments are situated literally right on the sea, which makes it pleasant even in summer thanks to the sea breeze and much more agreeable temperatures than a few kilometers inland. In Almunecar everything is within walking distance. There are many recreational opportunities and attractions to visit in the town. The apartment building is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden and two swimming pools open all year round, 2 tennis courts, 1 padel court, basketball court, petanque and table tennis. Both apartments are the same size and feature 1 bedroom with a large double bed (180x200), living room with large sofa bed (144x200), separate fitted kitchen with all necessary amenities and bathroom with washing machine. Both apartments have ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. The balcony is spacious enough to enjoy the sun and also to dine. There are 3 good restaurants directly at the building and all shops, supermarkets and other restaurants are within walking distance. Right at the building there is a bus stop and within walking distance the bus station. By bus you can visit Malaga, Granada, Nerja, Motril etc. In winter you can go skiing in the Sierra Nevada, 1 hour's drive from the apartment. On Friday there is the weekly market, the most popular market in the entire region. There is also a nice aqua park for young and old in Almunecar just a few hundred meters from the apartments. In July and August the price is around 110 euros per night. In the shoulder season around 65 euros per night. You can best reach me by email nathaliederijcke@telenet.be.

About this room

This apartment is located on the top floor and offers breathtaking views of the sea, mountains and garden with swimming pools. The balcony receives sun from approximately 1 PM until the evening. The apartment features 1 bedroom with a kingsize bed and new quality mattresses. In the living room there is a new sofa bed where two adults can also sleep (144 by 200 cm). You can watch Spanish television or international TV with the chromecast. The kitchen has been renovated, has an oven and refrigerator with freezer compartment. All kitchen utensils are provided. Bathroom with bath/shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. A baby cot is available upon request. The complex has 2 tennis courts, 1 padel court, basketball court, ping pong table, card room, pétanque court, two beautiful swimming pools open year-round and a magnificent, very well-maintained garden. The building is always well maintained and there are lifts to access the apartment. The beach is across from the building. There is a pleasant walking promenade with nice benches leading to the town centre with its many shops and restaurants, tapas bars, fitness on the beach, etc. It is always lively and yet also peaceful. Nice weekly market on Friday. Many restaurants, including top quality ones.

This apartment is located on the 4th floor and offers a side sea view and is situated right by the sea and very close to the centre of Almunecar. The balcony receives sun in the morning until approximately 14:00 depending on the time of year. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) and quality mattresses. In the living room there is a new large sofa bed since 2024 for a maximum of 2 people (144x200). The television is new since 2024 and has a Chromecast. The kitchen has also been renovated and has a microwave with grill function, a refrigerator with freezer compartment. Everything you need. Bathroom with bath/shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. New double-glazed windows since May 2025. The terrace door can be fully slid into the wall. Blackout roller blinds in the bedroom and living room. The complex has 2 tennis courts, 1 padel court, basketball court, ping pong table, room for playing cards, pétanque court, two beautiful swimming pools open year-round and a lovely garden. The building and garden are well maintained and there are lifts to get to the apartment. The beach is across the road. There is a promenade walk that leads to the centre with its many shops and restaurants, tapas bars etc. It is always lively yet also peaceful.

    appartement met zicht op zee, op zwembad, de bergen. alles aanwezig , heel dicht bij zee en een zeer goed onderhouden proper, groot zwembad en domein. Mooie wandelingen mogelijk. Bushalte aan het strand die rijdt tot busstation en vandaaruit veel bereikbaar. Ook reisagentschap niet veraf om regio’s als Granada ( Alhambra ), Las Alpujarras… te bezoeken.

appartement met zicht op zee, op zwembad, de bergen. alles aanwezig , heel dicht bij zee en een zeer goed onderhouden proper, groot zwembad en domein. Mooie wandelingen mogelijk. Bushalte aan het strand die rijdt tot busstation en vandaaruit veel bereikbaar. Ook reisagentschap niet veraf om regio’s als Granada ( Alhambra ), Las Alpujarras… te bezoeken.

uitstekende ligging rechtover het strand op wandelafstand van het authentieke centrum met vele winkels en restaurants. Wandelpromenade over de hele kustlijn.
