We are located in the heart of the Drôme Provençale in the village of Saint Pantaleon les Vignes,
between Valreas and Nyons and a stone's throw from Grignan and Vaison-la-Romaine.
The building is completely surrounded by vineyards, lavender fields, truffle oaks and olive trees.
You stay in a 200-year-old wine bastide, which we have completely and thoroughly renovated and which now offers modern comfort.
The renovation was carried out with respect for the authenticity of the original building and the surrounding land.
It was truly love at first sight when we discovered this property.
Through our many years of experience in construction and renovation work in Belgium, we recognised the potential of the building to realise our dream in it.
On the estate there are numerous lovely, peaceful spots to spend time and simply enjoy the views.
The majestic plane trees and the old lavoir add to the charm one dreams of when thinking of Provence and holidays.
Inside we have a TV library room, an honesty bar and a spacious living area with a fireplace for our guests.
Outside there is a heated swimming pool with shaded areas, terraces and ample parking.
The 5 rooms are equivalent to each other and each have their own bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and washbasin.
Each room has its own atmosphere and features a spacious double bed of 1.80m.
We love to welcome people, occasionally cook for them and show them the many possibilities the region has to offer.
There are many authentic villages to explore and there is almost daily a market in the area.
Plenty of opportunities to grab a bite to eat and discover the local wine and olive farmers.
We keep track of the region's event calendar and are happy to give tips for a day trip.

We have 5 rooms for 2 persons available, each with a floor area of 36m² including bathroom.
The rooms are spread across the first and second floors.
There is no possibility to convert the rooms into family rooms.
The adjacent bathroom has a sink, toilet and walk-in shower.

Our rooms face south and have views of the surrounding nature.
They have sun-protective glazing, shutters and floor cooling.
The beds are spacious (180x200cm) and have a quality German-made slatted base.
There is a TV in the room.
A delicious and varied breakfast is included in the room rate.
We serve this between 8:30 and 9:30, so you automatically fall into the Provence rhythm.
