Detached holiday home with private swimming pool and garden, located between Limoges and Périgeux, just over a kilometre from the village of St-Jory-de-Chalais. The house is situated on the edge of a tiny hamlet with a few farms in a quiet, rural setting. The holiday home consists of a characterful house that has been modernised. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, a separate toilet, a bathroom and a completely new shower room. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a separate toilet. The cosy living room has a built-in fireplace that can heat the entire house on cool days. Both young and slightly older children will certainly enjoy themselves here, there is among other things a table football game, dartboard, comic books, board games AND there is WIFI!! By the heated, built-in swimming pool there are sun loungers and parasols available. In addition there is also a covered terrace/outdoor kitchen.
