The castle has recently been carefully restored and meets the requirements of the modern traveler. It is located in the regional nature park La Brenne, on the banks of the La Creuse river, and offers a beautiful view of the rolling meadows and castle grounds. The living and bedrooms of the castle are elegantly furnished with antique furniture and artworks. We offer five double rooms and one four-person room, each with its own bathroom. The rooms are spacious, have high ceilings and each has its own décor and atmosphere, with antique-style furniture. Terrace with beautiful views of the Creuse. Meals served with local produce.
A room located on the west side inspired by a 16th century Flemish wall tapestry. The room is furnished with antique furniture from the same period and gives the room its special atmosphere. It features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and two marble sinks.
This is our master suite. A very bright room of 50 m² with a beautiful view over the river La Creuse and the park to the west. The suite has three large windows through which the evening sun casts its gentle light. The room is furnished with stylish 18th-century antique furniture. The ensuite bathroom features a freestanding bath and a walk-in shower.
Our four-person room consists of two separate rooms and an ensuite bathroom, which is suitable for use by four people. The first room (25m2) is decorated with hand-painted flower, plant and bird motifs (thanks to graphite.moon). The second room (25m2) is south-facing sunny and decorated with Spanish antique furniture from the 18th century.
