VT-499621-A. • Suitable for 4 persons (no pets allowed). • A spacious and cosily furnished living room with open kitchen with American breakfast bar, fully equipped and furnished with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher & washing machine,… • A bedroom with double bed with built-in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom • Second bedroom with two single beds with built-in wardrobes and an adjacent bathroom. • A reserved parking space, secure within the resort. • A spacious terrace (25m2) with views of the swimming pool and courtyard, furnished with garden furniture and two sun loungers. • Air conditioning & heating • WiFi (unlimited) • Large smart TV with Chrome Cast The apartment is located in a recent and beautifully maintained resort (Lamar II) and has 2 communal swimming pools and a playground. • 2.5 km to the beach (walking distance). • 3 km to the marina of 'Torre de la Horadada' (walking distance). • 1.2 km to the main street of 'Pilar de la Horadada', an authentic Spanish town with nice bars & delicious restaurants, a versatile main street with various shops and specialist shops and a charming Spanish church square. • 2 supermarkets at 900m, as well as a sports centre with indoor swimming pool, various padel and tennis courts, golf courses Las Colinas, Las Ramblas and Lo Romero within a radius of less than 10km. • Located 45 minutes from Alicante airport and 30 minutes from Murcia airport. The region is known for its sunny Mediterranean steppe climate. The surroundings offer beautiful walking & cycling opportunities. A region where hidden gems await you, including: historic cities, such as: Murcia & Cartagena, many bays & beautiful sandy beaches and beach bars; promenade, La Zenia Boulevard: the largest open-air shopping centre in the province of Alicante, Lo Pagan National Park, salt ponds & mud baths that attract various bird species, such as flamingos, nature reserve Rio Secco: mountainous walking & cycling region, etc… To rent from € 70 per night, minimum 5 nights, april/may/october /november €490/wk €930/2wks june/september €595/wk €1140/2wks july/august €735/wk €1420/2wks Price includes bed linen, towels, water and electricity up to a maximum of 100 kWh/week, which is more than sufficient for normal air conditioning use, average consumption during the summer months is around 11 kWh/day (extra electricity consumption € 0.42/kWh, this will be settled against the deposit). Wij verbleven met 2 koppels voor een 9tal dagen. Grote troef is dat er voor elke slaapkamer een badkamer werd voorzien met elk een toilet. Alles was heel netjes en proper, geen opmerkingen. En ook alles aanwezig, we hebben niets gemist. De televisie is een pluspunt, wij hebben die enkel gebruikt voor een beetje muziek af en toe want we hebben te erg genoten van het mooie weer, het leuke terrasn het zwembad en de omgeving. De informatie die we vooraf kregen en ter plaatse was heel duidelijk en nuttig, er waren nog weinig vragen over :-) Ook een heel vriendelijk mentaliteit in die regio, echt genoten hebben we.

Top appartement met een goede ligging. Handig met de privé parkeerplaats dicht bij het appartement. Alles prima in orde en netjes. Er was een vlotte communicatie en ontvangst door de sleutelbeheerder.
