Description required Located on the beautiful golf estate "La Finca Golf resort", we offer a new and modern 2 bedroom holiday home. The holiday home accommodates 4 (max 5) people and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a large private garden (south-facing) with 2 terraces and 2 shared swimming pools. The holiday home is located in the Spanish village of Algorfa, 12 km from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca and a half hour's drive from Alicante and Murcia airports. Our holiday home is equipped with all comforts, such as dishwasher, oven, washing machine, fridge, freezer, TV Vlaanderen, etc. Air conditioning is provided in all rooms. Wifi is available in the garden and in our home and is free. A television is available, you can receive Belgian, Dutch (via TV Vlaanderen) and Spanish, French, English, German channels (via streaming). A barbecue and lounge furniture allow you to enjoy the garden to the fullest. With the palm trees in the garden you can enjoy shade and sun all day long. From our terrace you can see the shared swimming pools which are only 1 minute away. La Finca Golf resort offers you a beautiful 18 hole golf estate. In the five-star hotel you can enjoy spa facilities. There are various bars and restaurants (European cuisine, Spanish cuisine, Italian and Indian cuisine) and a clubhouse with beautiful views over the golf course (offering breakfast, cocktails and lunch). Daily there are local or international markets in the area. You can buy delicious, fresh, inexpensive vegetables, fish and meat there. Elche (15 min), the only palm tree park in Europe, is nearby. Nice for a walk or to enjoy a coffee in a typical Spanish tavern. Guardamar De Segura, the nearest coastal town, is only 15 minutes away and has very beautiful beaches where you can also take nice walks. There are also various shopping opportunities nearby (Torrevieja (25 min), La Zenia (10 min), Murcia (30 min), ...) all easily accessible by car. A car is indeed a must to visit the surrounding area and local towns and markets. You will also need a car for your shopping. You will find various department stores 8 minutes away. Recently there has been public transport on certain days of the week to certain cities (day trips). You need to book this online on the relevant website. There is plenty of free parking space for our holiday home. Our host Laura will welcome you on site. She speaks English and Spanish, lives on the resort and is available throughout your stay for any questions. She will hand over the keys to you on site and give you the necessary information.
