We are located in Godelleta 20 km from Valencia city, sea and airport This is a real old Spanish village where the siesta is still observed and authentic Spanish life still exists Supermarkets and shops, as well as bakeries, butchers, fishmongers and hairdressers various small supermarkets can be found within a radius of 2 km. In the months of July and August you can see the free bull run weekly in the municipality and surrounding municipalities (these run through the streets) In March there is the FALLAS in Valencia really worth coming to see, from 06 to 19 March followed by an enormous fireworks spectacle lasting around 40 minutes Cullera with its open-air water fun park about 40 minutes drive away Walking and cycling routes in the immediate surroundings in nature are really worth it (free bikes available) The last Wednesday of August is the world-famous TOMATINA (the tomato throwing) where people come from far and wide to pelt each other with tomatoes BONAIRE Spain grand open-air shopping center where you can buy everything you want EL BOSQUE a large international golf course 18 holes with tennis club and manage 10 minutes from your holiday accommodation Fully equipped kitchen with everything in and on Ricardo Tormo (Valencia circuit) 15 minutes from our properties International karting circuit in Chiva 10 minutes from our properties Prices All our properties are different Property number 1 has 1 bedroom with a bunk bed for 3 people (2 below and 1 above) in the living rooms there is a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people this property also has a kitchen bathroom with walk-in shower, living room terrace and private pool Property number 2 has 2 bedrooms 1 room with double bed and 1 bedroom with bunk bed this property also has a living room, kitchen bathroom with shower and 2 terraces Property number 4 has 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room also its own kitchen, shower and a terrace Property number 5 is the same as property number 2 but has only 1 terrace this one is located at the playground Property number 7 has 2 bedrooms 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 3 person bed like property 1 also has a living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and terrace (you can view all photos under each property on our website) Price per week, per property. All year round at 620 euros per week per property (including daily breakfast) Easter and Christmas holidays are high season. As well as well-known events including Moto GP and Tomatina (these prices vary). Shorter stays are possible at 70 euros per day for 2 people, extra person 25 euros per day. All accommodations are for 2 to 4 persons, We have 3 accommodations with the possibility for a maximum of 5 persons Price per week, per accommodation. High season prices From June 15 to September 15 €475 per week per accommodation Easter and Christmas holidays are high season. As are well-known events including Moto GP and Tomatina (these prices vary). Shorter stays are possible at €60 per day for 2 persons, extra person €20 per day.     Positief: Wij hebben net een week verbleven in casa robion, het huisje met het zwembad. Het was fantastisch!!! Alles prima in orde, alles zeer proper! In het huisje was ALLES aanwezig. Voor de eerste ochtend hadden we ontbijt besteld en het was genoeg en lekker (eitje, pistolets, vlees, confituur, fruitsap, koffie, ...) meer dan genoeg en lekker! Wij mochten ook mee genieten van de BBQ kunsten van den Eddy njam lekker en voor een zeer schappelijke prijs. Het is perfect gelegen om daguitstappen (wagen is wel nodig). S'avonds kan je genieten van de rust. Wiske en Eddy zijn fantastische mensen ze staan je bij met raad en daad. Wij komen hier zeker terug. Negatief: geen

    Positief: heel mooi zwembad vlakbij de woningen kindvriendelijk en familiale sfeer vlak bij valencia maar toch heel rustig gelegen

    Positief: groot zwembad Negatief: Airco mocht pas op s'avonds om 22u en ging al weer af om 24u. Deze werd handmatig door de eigenaar opgezet. Hij vergat met regelmaat de airco om 22u op te zetten waardoor deze later opstond maar toch om 24u afgezet werd. Controleer bij aankomst alles in de woning en meldt onmiddellijk wanneer er dingen stuk lijken. En overloop bij vertrek samen met de eigenaars alles en laat een papier ondertekenen. Zodat er nadien geen twijfel mogelijk is! De eigenaars waren te luidruchtig op momenten dat mensen slapen of rustig aan het ontbijten waren. Kinderen worden door de eigenaars regelmatig op de vingers getikt en dit op een vrij onbeleefde wijze.

    Hallo Emily Sorry dat ik even reageer op jou reactie Tot ons spijt vinden wij het erg dat jullie het hier niet naar je zin hebben gehad Terwijl jullie zelf met jullie groep heel luidruchtig waren en niet de eigenaars Wij controleren alles voor aankomst en dat kunnen jullie ook doen maar op de manier dat jullie zijn aangekomen is uitzonderlijk Het was grappig in het complot te zitten samen met uw schoonzus en broer Maar wat er altijd slecht is dat jullie stukken maken ,wij dit moeten maken en jullie hebben dan een stukje moeten vergoeden en dat vinden jullie zo erg terwijl wij zelf een promotie aan jullie hadden gegeven omdat je hier met 5 woningen vertoefde Veder wens ik geen commentaar meer te geven wat betreft de airco als je buiten zit te feesten vinden wij dat de airco niet hoeft op te staan en als je op een fatsoenlijk manier de airco gebruikt ( dit wil zeggen niet met alle deuren open wat jullie deden ) blijft deze opstaan dag en nacht Maar het is niet iedereen gegeven om met een airco te werken ( dat worden we gewaar) Bedankt voor de negatieve commentaar maar zelf moet je ook beter weten dat wij voor iedereen het beste willen doen dat is ook de reden dat wij geen alcoholische dranken nuttigen zodat wij altijd weten wat er gebeurd zelfs jaren nadien nog Vriendelijke groeten van Casa Robion

    Positief: vriendelijke en hulpzame gastheer en gastvrouw , prachtig zwembad en mooie huisjes bedankt voor de mooie vakentie Negatief: in het dorpje Godelleta valt er echt niets te beleven , je hebt dus steeds een auto nodig indien je er even op uit wil

    Positief: Wij verbleven 2 weken bij de Familie Robion. Hebber erg genoten van hun gastvrijheid en tips om de omgeving te verkennen. Ze haalden ons op van het vliegveld, en wij huurden bij hun een auto. Alles perfect! Ook de mensen die er waren waren erg tevreden van Wis en Eddy's hulpvaardigheid. Wij hebben 2 heerlijke weken verbracht, languit in de zon naast een enorm zwembad! Lang leve de Sangria en de Tinto de Verano. Ons zien jullie volgend jaar zeker opnieuw! Negatief: Helaas geen negatieve punten kunnen ontdekken. Alleen dat de Sangria te snel op was, en de vakantie te snel voorbij!
