Hidden in the historic village of Aljubarrota, Silja and Jan welcome you for a restorative holiday. Casa Gemeos is not called "the twin house" for nothing. The two newly built homes with Portuguese touches are identical and built as mirror images, each with the same layout. Hostess Silja is also part of an identical twin pair. Host Jan, on the other hand, is a Gemini by zodiac sign. Their motto is "nothing is necessary, everything is optional!" That said, there are plenty of tourist attractions in the nearby area that are well worth getting up from the lazy (swimming pool) chair for!

When you stand in front of Casa Gemeos, this is the house on the right side. The sun rises on this side! During the day the sun is on the front of both properties. Specific layout Ground floor: entrance hall (possibly space for a buggy) guest toilet with vanity cabinet fully equipped kitchen with separate storage and drying rack mezzanine with dining space for 7 people living room with large sofa, relaxation chair, TV and wood stove Intermediate floor: large bedroom with double bed (160×200) with ensuite bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer) and safe deposit box First floor: 1 bedroom with bunk bed (90×200) and a single bed (90×200) 1 bedroom with double bed (160×200) 1 bathroom with shower/bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet PLEASE NOTE! There are quite a few stairs in and around the property, which is why unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessible.
