The holiday home is completely enclosed and equipped with a spacious, well-lit, private parking where three vehicles can easily be parked. A stone staircase leads you to the first terrace (50 m2) laid out in natural stone. From here you overlook the 2500m2 large private garden with swimming pool. The terracotta spiral staircase leads to a 50 m2 large terracotta terrace that provides access to the holiday home and a north-facing terrace (10 m2). Cypress trees, terracotta vases with colourful oleanders and an old kiwi pergola complete the picture.
Enjoy a refreshing dip in the south-facing private swimming pool between sunbathing. The swimming pool is programmed during the day to a constant temperature of 28° degrees and is equipped with circulating water that is sanitised via salt electrolysis. The swimming pool is 4 metres wide and 8 metres long. The depth is 1.40 metres and the water level is maintained at 1.20 metres.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 double beds, 1 bunk bed and the sofa in the living area can be converted into a sofa bed.
