It is very comfortably, sleekly and cosily furnished with beautiful views of the harbor and the Oosterschelde. The house is situated on a dead-end street between the harbor and the Oosterschelde.
It is ideal for families, couples or a group of friends. Divers in particular will get their money's worth here, with the dike crossing at a very short distance you are right at the first diving spot. For the children there is a playground within walking distance where they can let off steam to their heart's content.
In addition to the opportunity to dive, the surroundings are wonderful for lovely walks and long cycling trips. The marked routes take you along the Oosterschelde, orchards and meadows to the various towns such as Kapelle, Goes and Middelburg. In Wemeldinge there are even opportunities to rent a sailing boat in the marina, with or without a skipper. A mecca for water sports enthusiasts!

Ground floor: Open kitchen with dining area and adjoining living room with cosy corner sofa. Kitchen (with all amenities; Quooker tap, dishwasher, combination oven, extra microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and filter coffee maker) and dining area overlooking the rear terrace (garden house with extra fridge/freezer) and the living room overlooking the front terrace. Both terraces have electric awnings. In the enclosed stairwells, gates can be placed for younger children.
1st floor: 2 large bedrooms (2x 2-person beds 160x200 and 180x200), 1 small bedroom (2x 1-person beds 90x200) and bathroom with large shower and bathtub. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with a fan. Beautiful view of the Oosterschelde from the front bedrooms.
2nd floor: 2 attic bedrooms (2-person bed 140x200, other bedroom 160x200) and on the landing a nice corner for children (sofa bed 160x200 and a bunk bed 90x200). There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer available.
