In the heart of the Cathar country, between Carcassonne (60 km) and Perpignan (75 km), at the foot of the Pyrenees, in a typical South French village called "Belvianes et Cavirac", Karine and family welcome you in a friendly, simple and comfortable way in their guest rooms Le Jardin des Gorges. The Mimosa guest room faces south with views of the impressive gorges of the Pierre Lys and the spacious garden with BBQ area (equipped with a dining and sitting area), a playground and swimming pool (for young and old). Free parking for all guests. The room has its own bathroom, its own terrace and air conditioning/heating, television and wifi.

    We reden op onze motoren door de bergen in de buurt van Belvianes et Cavirac, mijn vrouw en ik. Door een voedselvergiftiging beperkt geraakt en overvallen door migraine kon ik niet verantwoord verder rijden en de schemering naderde. Mijn vrouw belde met B&B Jardin des Gorges en we kregen de beste hulp van Karine en Dirk die we maar konden bedenken. Ik werd opgehaald door Karine met de bus en Dirk reed mijn motor, gevolgd door mijn vrouw, naar de B&B. Door de migraine was mijn zicht en bewustzijn zo beperkt, dat ik de volgende dag pas zag wie ons zo fantastisch hadden geholpen. Om weer op krachten te komen zijn we een extra dag bij hen gebleven. Een betere plek om dat te kunnen doen zou ik me bijna niet kunnen voorstellen. Wat een rust en vrij van de gehaaste maatschappij. Karine en Dirk, nogmaals dank voor de geweldige hulp die jullie ons hebben geboden. Wat fijn dat we van jullie gastvrijheid en prachtige B&B mochten genieten. Als we weer in de buurt zijn komen we ‘zeker en vast’ bij jullie overnachten. Anita en Danny.

    Prachtige ligging, formidabel uitzicht, hartelijke gastheer en gastvrouw, schitterende tuin met zwembad, excellent ontbijt op privé terras gebracht wanneer je wilt en met alle info voor je uitstap enz. Echte aanrader!

We houden een oprecht goede herinnering aan jullie en hopen jullie toch nog eens opnieuw te mogen verwelkomen.
