Under the pine trees you will find the smaller shaded terrace of 10 m² with an Emanuelle chair on a dolomite surface. A second large summer terrace of 45 m² is located under a wooden beam structure. This terrace can be heated with quartz radiant heat. The furnishings consist of a teak table for 8 people with 8 teak chairs. At the back there is a third and largest terrace with an area of 110 m². The furnishings consist of a large table where 6 people can sit on adjustable chairs. Moreover, this terrace also has 4 adjustable loungers. The entire terrace is pleasantly lit and guests spend time among the ornamental shrubs, a rose wall and the air is fragrant with lavender plants. The driveway consists of 180 m² of red paving stones and is automatically lit when you drive in. If your car window is open, you will smell the lavender which is planted along the entire length of the driveway. Driving into B&B YACA is an experience. A remote control is handed to every B&B YACA guest and automatically opens the gate, and the driveway is lit as you drive in. The garden is furnished with beautiful ornamental shrubs, Japanese cherry trees, beautiful garden lighting and several pine trees. The entire property is fenced which provides a safe feeling and is also useful for supervising small children and possibly a four-legged friend.
