We rent 2 beautiful modern holiday homes in Santiago de la Ribera, an authentic Spanish village on the coast. Casa Kempie is a villa for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Casa Kempenita is a ground floor apartment with all the comforts of a villa for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Both holiday homes are completely private, have their own swimming pool and private garden, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, bicycles, fully equipped kitchen with all kitchenware, ironing board and iron, cleaning supplies. The homes are 350 m apart from each other and can be rented separately or together. Santiago de la Ribera is a quiet village where there is always something to do throughout the year. You come here for the peace and quiet and the authentic Spanish atmosphere, lovely people and charming promenade with little restaurants by the Mar Menor. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars are within walking and cycling distance. Within half an hour's drive you can reach large cities such as Cartagena and Murcia or very touristy seaside resorts such as Torrevieja. In spring and autumn you can also enjoy beautiful mountain walks just a short half hour's drive away. If you want to cycle or walk then that's certainly possible in our area too, there are beautiful nature reserves, salt lakes and lovely villages along the coast. Our region is flat which makes cycling and walking very manageable for seniors and children. We have a number of bicycles available for our guests; There is also a mobility scooter that can be rented separately, should anyone with a physical disability be joining you.
